Brother-in-law got a smokin deal on an '01 Raptor. It has Axis shocks with what looks like +2 Graydon A-arms.

My question is with the shocks. They look pretty short; they measure 15" eye to eye and it doesn't look like there is any room to raise them with the preload. They also have spacers on the top and bottom where they mount. Is this normal, or are these particular shocks made for a different machine/setup?
