    Default New LSR a-arm design?

I saw Bobby say that the 'new' design LSR arms have quick adjustments. Can you shed some more light on this Bobby? Thats one thing I never liked about all the heims.

actually our current style arms are a new quick caster and camber design. they use a solid mount upper with caster spacers to adjust the caster. its super easy. the upper balljoints now do not thread into the arm. they slide straight through and have jam nuts on both sides so you do not need to take the upper ball joint out of the spindle to adjust them, you just have to adjust the jam nuts. the new arms you heard me mention are not even in the design process yet. they will not be easier to adjust, they will be a pro line of a-arms that are going to be designed by some of the top pro ama riders. we are throwing around a few different ideas but they will more than likely be different than anything that is available out there now.

The new solid mount upper with caster spacers will be really nice! Thats the same design as the Houser Slicast. It is SO much easier to adjust. I would like to see what the new style will be like when they are finally done!

Awesome Bobby. I'd actually consider LSR arms then. I'm a huge fan of that style of caster adjustment. It just makes a ton more sense and is more precise with less measuring. I didn't used to like LSR, Walsh, etc arms that used all of those heim joints for adjustments.

Do you happen to have a picture of these new arms with the spacers?

ya i prefer this style too. we also off a different caster spacer kit that uses thinner spacers if you are looking for more precise adjustments. here is a pic of our sport arms for the trx450 with the quick caster and camber.

I would think 3 for each upper a arm... I really like this design as well, makes adjustments super easy and fast!

it depends on the quad. the hondas use 4 spacers per side on the uppers, 1 on each side of each pivot point, the yamaha's use 2 spacers on the uppers, 1 on each end of the pivot point. the other kit will allow you to use 8 smaller spacers on the honda and 4 smaller spacers on the yamaha.
