Not a strong showing from me, but at least the footage turned out ok.
Ended up 3rd, it was a hard race for me I couldn't grip the bars due to arm pump.

I had the camera in the standard def low quality setting for this one.

Shows the first 6 minutes of the race then fast forwards to about 40 minutes into the race where I blow a corner and hit a berm. THen fastforwards to the last few minutes of the race. Towards the end Johnny Shafe flies by me on a tight corner, that is pretty cool.

Man o Man was it cold this weekend!!!

Sat I raced in 2 short coarse classes. Unlimited Amt and Open ATV.

The Unlimited Amt 1st Moto was not so good. Got an awesome holeshot and held onto the lead for about 4-5 laps then the strep throat I have had came and kicked my a$$!! My throat and chest were on fire and I couldn't breath without extreme pain!! So I fell back to last place with was 4th.

Thanks to Ron Suor's friend hooked me up with some cough drops and cough meds and I found someone with and inhaler and I was good to go!!

Next moto was the Open ATV/Pro race. Got another great holeshot!! I felt great!! I ran a solid race and had Matt Hancock on my a$$ pushing me like crazy!! I shut the door on him a few time and held onto a 1st place finish!! That was an extremely fun moto and I was pumped!!

Next was moto #2 for the Unlimited Amt. got a horrible start and stayed in the back of the pack with another 4th place finish. Luckly this is not the class I am competing for points in for the season.

Last moto of the day #2 for the Open ATV class. Great holeshot 3 of 4 for the day and I was off trying to keep Hancock behind me again. Came into a corner missed a gear and drag raced down the long straight away. He went for the pass on the outside and we were rubbing tires!! I had to let off and let him by with 2 laps to go. I finish 2nd and 2nd for the day!! Pretty happy with that result!!

Sunday woke up with no energy and felling like crap!! Went out gave it all I had and ended with a 4th place in the Open Expert class. All in all good weekend.

Nick didn't have a good race. We failed getting HIS quad back together so for the 2nd race in a row he was stuck on a bone stock Suzuki. He gave it all he had and with his horrible arm pump he took 5th in the Sr. Pro class.

I heard Russell was cut off by another racer and as he avoided making contact with him he hit a big pot hole that was on the track and flipped it. Hope he is doing ok.

Nice seeing everyone out there this past weekend and congrats to all that had a good weekend!!
