    Default New to Arizona

Hi everyone. I just moved to Mesa, AZ. I was in the USMC for 4 years and met my wife. She is from here and we moved from SC to here. I have zero knowledge of good places to ride except for Glamis. If any one knows some good close places to ride that has jumps and stuff could you let me know. I have a 2003 Yamaha Raptor 660R Black and Red. If any one wants to ride I am down because I also don't know anyone out here that has a quad.

    Thx,
    Kody

Welcome to AZ and Welcome to the Forums.
Like said above. Most people on here Ride the Track. Which is Speedworld, Grindingstone, Firebird, Motoland(I think still)
most people hit speedworld Wed night's and Firebird Thursday night. or SW Sat/Sun morning, Which is what i have been doing.

    Welcome Raptor660r,

Oooraah and thanks for your service!

There are a lot of places to ride here in AZ whether it's the trails, dunes or track. Speedworld (SW) has a lot of fun jumps if you like airtime and yet it's friendly to ride. Grindingstone is a more natural terrain track which is a lot of fun also. There is also a team on the board here that's running the Best in The Desert series on a Raptor. If you are interested in heading out somewhere, post it in the respective section and see who all else is interested!

    See you around!

Hey Raptor, I am willing to go riding. I ride aggressively on trails and am an seasoned "dunatic." I know a lot of places to ride, mostly desert. I usually pick places not frequented by the masses. I live about 40 miles from you NW in Surprise
