Default QuadTech Carbon Hood - Need Install Help

My son just scored and picked up a Red QuadTech Carbon Fiber Hood this weekend and I can't see how to install it on his '07 YFZ450? He has full plastics that are dune cut and by just laying the new hood over his plastics it looks like the rear bolt holes go over the gas tank cover bolts go but where do you install the front bolt holes? The front of the hood has 2 bolt holes but there are no brackets even close to lining up with it. Do you just screw it to your plastics? It looks like in order to the new Carbon Hood to lay flat we will have to notch a section out of the nose?

Any help and pictures would very helpful.

I don't know if this will help but I have a hood on CL to sell and in the pics without the hood on you can see 2 Holes in the nose, actually those are plastic inserts that you can get from most shops, holds the hood on and when hood is off you don't have 2 big holes in your plastic .Also listed in AZquads Classified for 35.00. The plastic pins are the same as used to hold the plastics on an ex400 on the quad.it has the same set up up higher for the top.

The nose on this QuadTech piece hits the plastic where the little air scoop is. I'm pretty sure that we will have to cut a section out of the nose piece which I do not want to.

I thought for sure that one of the local yfz450 racers are running this QuadTech Carbon Fiber piece and would chime in. Remember pictures are worth a thousand words too...
