    More details would help.

How does it die? Idle down and die, you touch the throttle and it dies, etc

The 450 fires up, and I have to keep giving it gas to stay on, gotta keep revving it. But as soon as I let go of the throttle it's just turns off. Doesn't idle or anything. Hope this is better info. And the 400 won't even start it cranks but that's it...

Did you pull the idle jet out of the 450? Make sure you see light through the hole. On the 400, your description is a little vague. Is the red "Off" switch on the handlebar in the center position? Fuel shutoff is on reserve or tank 3/4 + full? Sorry, had to ask.

I'll try that with the 450... and yes I have the 400 on correctly but I don't have 3/4 full of gas. Lol I'll go get more gas.

I would adjust the idle on the 450 first.

On the 400 I would pull the spark plug and check its condition. Then touch it to the frame and check for spark.
