What's Your Favorite Pantyhose?

I'm headed to Ogilby with the family Dec. 28 through Jan. 1 and going to try to make it home in time for the Rose Bowl (fight on!). This is my first trip to the dunes.

I am running an open airbox on an 07 TRX450ER and want to provide a bit more protection from the sand without restricting air flow too much. What do you guys recommend for pantyhose? Is there a size that fits over the air box better than another? Or do they all stretch enough to cover the opening? How do I secure it down? Should a bring extras?

Be careful, you don't want to tip off the other board members that you really know your pantyhose. Ha! (that topic may be more appropriate for another board altogether).

I dont know that it would really matter on the size unless you are planning to wear them later in the evening!!!!! , the hose wouldnt be oiled so in theory you could just take them off the filter and shake/blow them clean.

I never been to the dunes so im not sure, just taking a stab in that dark on this!

I always run outerwares prefilter and a panty hose over the prefilter.

Slider, I've got the outerwear. Do you put the pantyhose right on the filter/outerwear or over the air box?

You will be fine with just the outerwear, unless the whole filter falls off!!

Any size pantyhose will fit. In fact i forgot my outerwear last time out and mostly all the vendors there sell pantyhose if they do not have the right outerwear for your application.

No you do not need to secure the pantyhose once you get them on as they fit very tight.
