    Default LTR Exhaust Cam Retard

Is anyone retarding the exhaust cam 5 degrees on the LTR similar to what is done on the YFZ?

when they retarded mine they pulled the cam out and pressed the sproket off and rotated it 5 degrees and then pressed it back on!
And at that time I took them my hot cam intake cam that I bought from my sponser and they installed the new cam, retarded the stock exhaust cam, and dyno/tuned it and I think they chaarged me $100 maybe $150! It was very quick to! I explained to them that I live 3 hours from tucson and they made it to where there was no wait when the bike got there! I dropped it off went to the mall for an hour or so and then it was done! And I liked the power gain!

Dang that is the first I've heard of that. Do you recall the dyno results.

I was pushing 50hp on racers edge dyno! But thatt was also with a stock piston, head, and valves, the only thing for power I did was a slip on two brothers racing pipe, mad ignition programmer, and a hotcam intake and retarded the exhaust. And of coarse remove the airbox lid! And at the time of the dyno I had two years of riding on the bike! And I was usually riding the desert for 3-4 hours daily by my house!
