    Default Cooling issues

I have an 05 trx and i just put a whole new top end on it with a big bore and high compression piston. It is starting to overheat now and i have never had any issues before. So my question is would it help to bypass the temp sensor and have the fan always running and would that help enough? If so how do you do that?

Ya i had it dyno tuned by DFR. I redid the entire top end with new +5 cylinder so now its a 500cc and i ported the head along with all new valves and springs. i gained 11 horse from where i was so its a lot more motor and hoping i can figure out something other than getting a larger radiator

ya i had it done after the work was done to make sure it was dialed in before i rode it hard. They didn't mention anything about it. I had noticed it when i was at firebird the temp light came on and when i stopped the fan was running and i could hear it bubblin. Also my overflow was empty and i had topped everything before i went out. When i cleaned off that night i noticed it was back up to the low mark.

Is the oil milky? Did you use a good head gasket?
