Ltr450 HELP!!!

Ok so my starter locked up on me and I took it apart from the side of the motor. Took all the gears and pressure plates out and a washer somehow came off from the assembly from the rear and wedged in between the gears and the one gear coming out of the starter itself. So I need a new washer of course but it minimally damaged the gears only 1 tooth per gear really and it is only kinda bad on one and gets less on eache one. There is 4 and one doesn't have any damage at all. I was wondering, could I just reuse them or should I order some up?
Also anyone else had any problems like this?

I would buy new ones! I had one of the teeth on my gears break and i let it go. It locked up my whole transmission
