Baffle tube I.D size on 05 TRX450 intake tube

I need the I.D. size of the baffle on the left side on the stock intale tube to the carb... for a 05 TRX

pretty much.. gonna use a car feeze plug. Just need a size... we forget to check it last night

I dont remember the size and dont want to walk to garage (ankle). But make sure you get one that is solid, not hollow.

Small one was 1.333"
Large one is 1.745 -/+ .01

found some freeze plugs that fit nicely in the holes

You plugged the snorkel hole too? Why? Just remove the snorkel and leave it open. It's before the filter so no big deal.

I used the cap off of a gallon of honda oil and siliconed and clpamed it in.
