Thread: Heads off. and i hate this engine :(

    Default Heads off. and i hate this engine :(

    Rear side of piston, Underneath the same side of the piston has marks also. it has to be parts of the tranny. just not sure which


    rear of Jug


    Crank. rod has marks also.



    I gotta get the case's apart before i can see what caused it.
    Jug, Crank, rod, Head, tranny assy, all getting sent off to get checked

    With all the problems you have had with that engine, just buy a new stocker and don't screw with the head this time. Just put a higher ratio piston in it and call it a day!

    the motor was stock. it was a stage 3 yoshi build head with a stockpistion,. with about 20hours on it.

    thath ead itook off was stock. and Adam i am building it from the ground up

    sell that roach and buy a new one!!!! HAHAHAHAHAH

    Seriously though, go STOCK, stock head, stock valve train, MAYBE a slightly higher compression piston.. UNLESS you want to be working on it and doing a ton of maintenance work i wouldnt get crazy with the motor at all.

    Look at all the problems you have had with that engine, and never mind all the bent bolts, broken radiator, swing arm bearings, and the maintenance stuff you have had to do, OR NOT DO.. ! LOL That bike has been thru HELL and back and took a 2nd vacation there!

    its the tranny.. I may be switching to a different brand.

    Sell all that Suzuki junk and you might be able to afford all my Honda setup.

    come one now jeremy> I LOVE MY SUZUKI He just needs to quit putting stock trannys in it and go with the race cut harder gears... I think I told you about those gears before brent
