    Default trx kickstart install

    does anyone know how the kick start gears go together on a trx its an 05 mitch and I had a hell of a time trying to figure it out and still no luck.. If anyone could help even come show me that would be awsome I willl give some money if need bee.

    I just did it this past summer. I got one collar wrong the first try and that could have made a BIG mess. Don't kick that sucker over till you're damn sure it's right. I have the service manual and can show you if needs be.

    that would be great yeah I already kicked it and it was kinda okay but would not go up.. I hope I didnt break anything. Yeah if I had the service manuel it would be done already. If you could help me that would be awsome do you think you could stop by?

    You have to index the gear. I made that mistake too and it doesn't return after kicking it. Bummer taking that side cover back off!

    we got it last night at around 10 pm, i brought over my manual, and realized there was two timing marks on it... after that we did it in 2 seconds pretty much, no biggy on the side cover did it twice and no tears... tipped it on its side so we didnt waste oil, got it done. Hardest part was filling tranny fluid with outta funnel!!!
