Please Help!!

I own a Suzuki LTR450 and i'm having a major problem, everytime i'm riding the bike back fires like crazy, and when i get on the gas it cuts out.
i've already changed out the spark plug, installed a new map, checked the swirl filter, ran a tan of gas with injector cleaner and still nothing.. so i don't know what the reason of its problems. i'm taking a trip to Gordon's Well in a few weeks and i've been trying to find some kind of solution but i don't have a clue. i'm new with Suzuki's so please help if you know of anything i'd need to replace or fix?

i have a cherry bomb, full dasa exaust system, power commander, fuel atv airbox elimator

Take the PCIII out and put it back to stock. I had the same problem and as soon as I took my PCIII out of the equation it ran fine. I put a cherry bomb on it and shipped my PCIII back to Dynojet last week. They are running some tests on it right now.
