adjusting my valves, need specs.

Im doing a valve adjustment one my 05 trx450 and need the clearance specs. I normally take it to a shop but im sick of paying when its so easy to do. anyone know the specs?

.06" +or-.01 Intake
.11" +or- .01 Exhaust

Depends on what cam you are using..I have used some cams that are .10 & .12. But if your running a CRF stock cam the specs posted before me is correct.
