Default Going up North. YFZ450 jetting advice

hey guys im going up north this weekend close to the morman lake area. i have my yfz jetted for Peoria's elevation level which is like 100 ft and i believe the elevation can get as high as 6000ft up north thats just a guess but its probably in that area. im running a 168 main, 45 pilot, the clip in the 3rd position on the needle, air screw 2 1/2 turns out and im running the pro design K&N setup with the lid off. has anyone had to change the jetting for a weekend up north? if so any advice would be greatly appreciated. i know im probably gunna have to go down on the main jet because of the higher elevation but its also going to be pretty chilly up there so that can be a factor too. im also running a 13.5:1 CP piston, and the head is ported, i run 110 octane.

Part of it will depend on what kind of trail and how much throttle you will use. I would take jets with and see how it does, if it starts giving you issues, step down on the main jet first then the needle.

My yfz is set up almost exactly like yours, only Mine has a 12.5 JE piston and a 170 main. Other mods are same as yours. When I go to the Cinders in Flagstaff, I put a 165 in it and it runs great. The 168 & 170 it runs fat and doggy.Elevation in Flag is 7500. But Coral pinks in Utah are about 6500 and I had to drop the jet size there too!!
