Which ones are the best to go to? Which ones should I avoid? I am tired of messing with the jetting and want to get mine dialed in now that I have changed both the intake and exhaust.

Well, it probably wouldn't be right to tell you which one to avoid, but I can recommend Kenz Cycle Tech.

Last time I checked everyone was entitled to an opinion, and that's what I am looking for, opinions! and if you don't want to say it in an open forum, there is always PM's.

Go anywhere you want as long as you eventually give Racers Edge in Tucson a try sometime. Once you do you probably won't go anywhere else. Yes, I know its a drive, but they are MUCH cheaper, will let you watch it get done (usually), will usually give you a tour of their shop (awesome shop and CNC machines!), etc. Overall its just a much more personal experience.

T-racing....for general purposes, I think it's possible to jet you bike/quad pretty close to where it needs to be without a dyno - we used to do it all the time. However, for racing/performance applications, dyno's are awesome for squeaking out every bit of HP you can get - it also helps you find and place your peak HP where you want/need it. Dyno'ing our race Rhino's and Teryx's is crucial to getting every bit of power out of them and tuning the clutches. The more performance mods you have, the more important a dyno session can be....

I agree with you on that jetting can be done with out a dyno, but this quad has me pulling my hair out and I can't seem to get it right. I honestly don't care about the hp/tq numbers, I want to get the a/f numbers right so that the motor is running right and the high end stumbling and decel popping/back firing goes away or is minimized. I have thrown the jetting all over the place with little success, and one thing I have done is make one change then go ride, come back make a change, go ride, but I have run out of patience and would rather just put it on a dyno and get it dead on.

Then a dyno would def help you out - it's a good way to see what's going on in there that's causing all of that....
