Bad Valves!

Has anyone else had problems with Kibblewhite valves? I just went through my 3rd motor due to their valves breaking off in my motor. I only got 24 laps out of the last motor so I'm not very happy. If anyone else has had problems please let me know.

I lost a KTM motor. Just got the official report back from Kibble White. Surprise, they have no accountability! I really think after talking wth Rudy at DFR about Dillon's motor, that there is a problem with the valves. The head of the valve on mine broke off just like Dillon's did. Anyone else who has had any problems chime in, there is strength in #'s. I will try to post the pics from my phone, looks like a clean cut?

Jeremy, those pictures look very familar. That stem also looks like a clean cut. What motor was that? If that is yours, what explanation were you given if any? Seems lik there definitely is a pattern here. I had $2500.00 in my motor, Dillon had close to the same you would think that there would be something we could do.

No, neither are mine. One is a 450R and one is a Raptor.

Wow those pictures look farmiliar. Thats exactly what both of my heads in my garage look like. clean cut through! If anyone else has had problems with them feel free to chime in. Post pics or tell us your story. I'll try to post my pics later today.

Morgan at RE already sent his valves back to Kibblewhite and they took no responsibility. If Racers Edge, who distributes a LOT of Kibblewhite stuff can't get them to admit to anything, none of us have a chance!

I ran Kibblewhite for a couple years with no issues but now run Ferreas.
