Snowflake jet size?

I know I know... Its always ME who asks this, but point being I want to make sure I got my ride running right BEFORE I get out there.

I used to be really bad at showing up to a race with a frame and a motor inside of it, and a box of parts to put it all back together, and HOPE it runs. Haha.

So I gotta TRX450er HRC kit and thats it, rest is stock. What jets you guys using?

you probably won't need to rejet, tough to say until you get up there. The last 2 years I have not needed to rejet for snowflake.

Ya u should be fine on not having to rejet up there my quad has always ran well up there once you get over 7000 ft u might want to rejet!

Don't feel bad Steve. I'm headed up there to pre-run on Saturday and was wondering the same thing. 2-strokes are a little more finiky when it comes to jetting, so I think I'm gonna bring a couple smaller mains and tweak the pilot using the air screw if I have to. I'm gonna try it the way it is first and see how it goes though.

Yeah Steve... I think whatever you ran up at Flagstaff should work great for you up at Snowflake.

I am running the same jet here in the Valley as I did in Flagstaff, and I don't think I will need to rejet for Snowflake.

If come race day that you need to rejet, don't hesitate getting ahold of me to help you! (I should have some other jets to use... )

Alright kool. Sounds like theres plenty of others to help out out there. Cause Im headed out to the river in Parker to hang out with my family but they are headed up two days before me (cause I gotta work) but I will be coming back to the valley and picking up my stuff and my grandpa to head out there, so it will be just me and him. So far Matt said he'll be out there and hell have guys there to help us out in the pits if we need it and save us a camping spot. But if he bails out, cause he is doing the vegas to reno, I might need someone else to help us out, just in case...

Yeah, I'm headed up for the pre-run. Not doing the race though. Just doing this Saturday to get out of the heat for awhile.

Saturday were not doin the pre run. Cause the rucks are gonna be running. We pre run EARLY sunday morning, before the races.
