Default Educate us on tire pressures

Rudy, whenever you have some free time I'd love to have you do a (not so) short post regarding tire pressures. It seems like that is one of the most common things that we have a problem with when getting our quads setup.

In particular I'd like to know what factors you take into account when finding a good starting point for a track - hard pack vs loose and rough vs smooth. That type of thing. Also if you know some different pressure requirements between tire manufacturers and brands. You have enough experience with the different tracks around Arizona so I'd love to hear what steps you'd take when showing up at Speedworld for a race to get a good starting point for pressure. And then what possible symptoms a rider might experience that can sometimes be attributed to tire pressure.

Once we get a ton of info I'd like to move this into the wheel/tire section and make it a sticky for future reference!
