    Default bike setup questions?

Hey guys I'm in the process of training for the quadcross series I'm. Lookin to run in the novice possibly intermediate class just wanted to know where I should be at as far mods go on the bike.. I got an 05 trx its got roll design Lt kit up front with motowoz shocks , flexx bars bout it.. in the rear I got the stock shock and 18x10x8 hipers with itp tires lonestar axle .. as far motor mods go its got a full sparks system with a kn filter the bikes. Got great power and I know I got the basics but idk if its enough to compete at that level cuz I kno there's a lot of fast kids out there I'm just lookin to go out there and have fun and see what I can accomplish. Any input would be great I've dealt with you guys a few times and I've always got great. Customer service that's very rare know days. Keep up the good work everyone.

Ditch that stock rear shock linkage...fast. And at LEAST get the stock shock re-valved/re-sprung. The stock '05 setup will get ya killed!

As will the 06 on up...5 days in the hospital made that really obvious. Redo the rear and get to racing and then see what you need

I've got an 06 TRX swingarm, linkage, and shock for sale in the parts for sale section if Rudy doesn't have one laying around that I'm sure he would also install for you. I believe he can revalve the stock rear shock for you too.

Stock shock mod $450.00-$500.00, run the 06 and newer swinger with a linkage. LSR, GT Thunder Elka etc, Most of them are the same, just look different, we usually go with the LSR.

The shock will be comparable to the aftermarkets, mod includes full tear down and rebuild, Hard anodizing the body, rider specific valving and spring.
If you don't know, ask and i'll tell you!!!
