    Default couple of questions

have you guys done much work on kfx450r? so far i got a dasa, fuel customs intake and power commander 3, not really looking to get a full race motor as im looking for reliability, but thinking about doing cams, but not sure what would give me the most power, hot cams, web cams? also would a port and polish give me anything extra if i stick with stock compression? and what kind of price is it to get a port n polish? what type of gains would i be looking at with cams and a port n polish?

We have only done a few of the KFX's. There aren't that many out there yet. They are a bit tougher to get the same power as the TRX/YFZ/LTR's but we are chipping away at it.

Looks like you have all the good external bolt on items, so that was money well spent.

When you say you are looking for a reliable engine, how long are you wanting your engine to last before you have to pull down the top end and replace the piston? 1 year? Two? How often do you ride?

Pump gas, or Race gas? You will always get the most power out of an engine on race fuel.

You can expect a small but noticeable difference with the Hot Cams. They are best suited for a stock engine. Web Cams generally have a more aggressive profile and are better suited for a modified engine running at least high compression.

Our Race Port/Polish and valve job will yield noticeable gains on your machine whether it has stock or high compression. The high compression engine will make more.

Let me know on the questions above and I can give you more specific info.

I always thought that Web Cams were best suited for the internet but maybe they have some new technology that I'm not aware of...

A complete Dyno Test and Tune will be $149.99

If you just want a Power run only, it will be $65.00. (no tuning at all)

I will also be offering a "Pro Tune" this will be charged by time spent. It will be a full test and tune (which is Air Fuel only), parts comparisons (pipes, intakes, etc.) Cam timing, and ignition mapping. This service will extract all possible HP/TQ out of the machine.
