these guys saved my ass!!!! after doing my valve adjustment and finding out i needed a smaller shim i had to take ita ll apart again.... When i did i found the cam keeper had moved and got tweeked when i tightened down the cam cover!

Well guess what.......... the only way to get the cover is to order a head from Yamaha... thats around 2100.00 BUCKS!!!!

well a quick call and he and Ian had found one.

I like DFR to and have been going to Rudy for a while, he really knows his stuff and is a great shop. It isn't cool to talk crap about Golden Motorsports though. I know Rob personally and he has always done me right and I assume he has never done you wrong either. Just my opinion but alot of people get on this forum and I have personally seen you there a couple times so I assume if he did you wrong or acted like he did not care you would of never of went back. Trust me there is a few shops I have been to and will NEVER go back! Rob has even came to my house to help me out. So I have nothing but good to say about DFR and Golden Motorsports.

THe few times i have been there was the few times i have ever been. I dont mean to talk smack bout him, but he gives my friends discounts while i am there right infron of him and then i buy something about 2 minutes later and i pay more than what i would pay for on RMATV or something. For example, i bought a rim and bearings there from him and it cost me 125 bucks, o coulda gotten the same rim and bearings from the net for 90 bucks, so i am just wondering whats up with that? I have not been there since the begining of august for that reason, there are a few other times that has happened to me too. I do not mean to talking smack about him, but that is from my experience. When you have seen me there that was with my buddy when he got his "discount" and he has been giving him bussiness for about the same amount of time as me. So i am not speaking outta my but, that is my story.

EDIT: i did realize that was wrong and deleted that part of the post... but am leaving this one up as a whole
