BIG PROPS TO KENNY AND THE GANG down at BIG-O-TIRES for helping me today. I had my wife drop off a set of tires and wheels this afternoon to have swapped and the service was AWSOME. Kenny wasn't around tonight when I picked them up but the other guys were more then eager to take care of me. It still nice to see that "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is still alive and well at some shops still and it's just not the owners/managers blowing their horns, it's the culture of the shop.
