    Default video playback help

When I try to view some videos all I get is audio with a picture that is only shades of red and green..Is the video card bad ??? Some videos are ok.

A good example is the Glen Helen vid..

Any ideas or help I would appreciate..

Well it could be any number of things. First tell me a few more details, like:

    OS - XP I assume

Windows Media player version - open WMP, click on [Help] then [About]

How much Ram is installed - right click on any [My Computer icon] then select [Properties]

While your there tell me the CPU speed.

What other apps are open at the time of viewing the clips?

Are your Vid Card drivers up to date?

What make and model is it?

Also post a few more links to clips that give you the video issues you are talking about. The Glen Helen clip is a basic WMV 9 video.
